As a STRONG Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering our highly sought-after classes to premium clientele. You will be expected to consistently deliver an exceptional, high-energy experience, uphold our exacting coaching and service standards, and create the level of class experience that keeps our members coming back—and our classes in demand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
STRONG Classes:
Deliver STRONG Pilates classes based on HQ-provided programming.
Give clients personal attention during class, ensure that your cueing is clear, precise and easy to follow, ensure clients are using correct form at all times.
Know the client's injuries before class so that you can modify where need be.
Inspire and promote an energetic environment.
Balance teaching, changing lights and music during class all while staying on top of your timing and programming for the day.
Ensure each client has appropriate dress code and is familiarized with the Rowformer prior to class.
Community:
Proudly represent your STRONG studio at all times.
Welcome clients by name.
Always know when it’s a client’s first class and follow New Client Engagement Guide throughout their time in the studio.
Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients.
Ability to develop STRONG relationships with clients.
Continue to build the community culture of STRONG.
Assist in the sale of memberships, merchandise and other offerings.
Studio:
Maintain upkeep of the studio as assigned - including general cleanliness, machine maintenance, etc.
Take pride in the studio like it is your own.
Admin:
Capable of handling client interactions from walk-ins, phone, and email where needed.
Assist in generating and converting membership sales.
Show leadership and initiative and be a leader for your team.
Skills & Experience:
Outgoing/bubbly personality
Confidence and stage presence
Passion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others

Knowledgeable with anatomy and physiology of the body
Qualifications:
Reformer Pilates or Personal Training Certification
Up to date First Aid & CPR Certifications
6+ months group fitness teaching experience (1 year preferred)
Successful completion of STRONG certification
