In 2024, we opened the first STRONG Pilates studio in the United States without a portfolio or a playbook—just experience and a clear standard for how we wanted to operate.
Within the first year, that studio became the highest-performing in the global STRONG network, driven by strong retention, consistent utilization, and a team that understands the assignment.
That didn’t happen by chance. It came from how we run the business—day to day.
Now, under Tenaz Collective, we’re building on that foundation. Expanding into new locations, developing strong teams, and applying the same level of discipline to everything we do.
Founders
Tenaz Collective is led by Tory and David Krawczynski—operators with backgrounds in education, hospitality, sales, and business development, now focused on building and scaling premium fitness experiences.
